Immersive Koreanmusic, food and culturalfestival with dedicated fountain showfrom 14 to 16 October
Dubai, 10 October 2021 …Kicking off the outdoor season entertainment in style, The Pointe at Palm Jumeirah, the iconic waterfront leisure and shopping destination by Nakheel, is hosting a K-Pop themed weekend of music, dance and culture, with a stunning fountain show from Thursday, 14 to Saturday, 16 Octoberin partnership with Korean Tourism Organisation’s Dubai Office,Springs15.Com and Samyang.
Korea Village, in collaboration with Dubai-based Korean club, Choego Community, Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE) and Korean Cultural Centre in the UAE, brings Korea to The Pointe for the first time and will feature a wealth of Korean brands, products, authentic foodand more. Open throughout the weekend from 4 pm to 10 pm at The Pointe’s entrance, just under the Monorail station, it’s the perfect destination to experience the real Korea.
On Friday 15 October, The Pointe will host a free, ticketed live performance from beloved South Korean boy band ‘Super Junior’, with band members Eunhyuk and Kyuhyun belting out their songs from 5:30 pm on the West promenade. See Korea’s favourite boy band perform hits such as ‘A Million Pieces’ and ‘You & I’’ by booking free standing tickets at Platinumlist.net.
Visitors with a valid ticketcan also reserve a restaurant table at the West promenade to enjoy dinner with the show, which will also feature K-Pop dance performances, a dedicated Super Juniorfountain showto end the magical night.

We want to give UAE residents a taste of everything they could enjoy in Korea and hope to welcome them to our country soon.”
While in town, Super Junior will also explore Palm Jumeirah and its iconic destinations such as The View and newly opened St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, both located in The Palm Tower.
The Pointe’s West promenade features a multitude of restaurants with exclusive dining offers. Access to the West promenade on 15 October is by ticket only, and visitors are encouraged to arrive as early as 4 pm.
Parking and transport
Customers are encouraged to use taxis or park at Nakheel Mall and use free daily shuttle buses to The Pointe, available every half an hour from 5 pm to 12 midnight.

There is also limited parking available at The Pointe.
Health and safety
Strict health and safety measures will be observed during the festivities. Social distancing markers are in place across The Pointe, and regular sanitisation will continue to take place throughout. All visitors must wear a mask.
