Dubai Land Department to Host Fourth Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment on 29 October

Dubai Land Department (DLD) is preparing to host the fourth edition of the ‘Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment’ on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at Address Sky View Hotel, in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, with the participation of companies operating across the real estate sector.

The event aims to expand employment opportunities for UAE nationals and strengthen their participation across a wide range of real estate fields and specialisations.

This fourth edition will provide a platform for direct engagement between Emirati talent and participating companies, enabling jobseekers, students and graduates to explore available career opportunities, understand role requirements, and learn more about professional pathways and long-term career development within the real estate sector.

The fourth edition builds on the Real Estate Empowerment Programme's achievements, which helped create more than 2,100 employment opportunities for UAE nationals between 2023 and 2026 through collaboration with government entities supporting Emiratisation and private-sector companies.

Through the initiative, DLD continues to strengthen the attraction and development of national talent across the real estate sector and expand Emirati participation across specialised roles. These efforts support the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which place human capital and sector competitiveness at the centre of sustainable economic growth.

Dubai Land Department invites Emirati jobseekers, including students and graduates, to attend the event, engage directly with participating companies and explore career opportunities across the real estate sector.
