Dubai Model Centre and Digital Dubai win Gold and Grand Stevie Awards for their ‘04 Platform’

  • The 04 Platform serves to deliver the customer’s voice to decision-makers, which enhances satisfaction levels, in line with the vision of the wise leadership and the goals of the Dubai Government to continuously improve quality of life.
  • The platform was developed as a collaboration between the Dubai Model Centre of the General Secretariat of The Executive Council and Digital Dubai, in partnership with 40 other entities.

 

The 04 Platform, the unified interactive channel between the Dubai Government and the Dubai citizens, residents, and visitors, has won the Gold Stevie and Grand Stevie Awards, part of the International Business Awards for 2023.

 

The Platform was developed as a collaboration between the Dubai Model Centre of the General Secretariat of The Executive Council and Digital Dubai, in partnership with 40 other entities. Since its launch in March 2023, the Platform has succeeded in offering an innovative, seamless, integrated, and easy to use experience for customers in the Emirate of Dubai.

 

The 04 Platform won a Gold Stevie for Digital Process Automation Solution for streamlining procedures using the latest technologies in customer feedback management, including WhatsApp for Business, voice recording of posts, interaction with government entities through the page dedicated to communicating with front-line employees, and others.

 

The Platform also won a Grand Stevie for -Rated New Project Nomination of the Year.  The International Business Awards ceremony that was held in Rome, where the awards were received by Abdulaziz Al Tunaiji, Director of the Customer Experience Department at Digital Dubai, and Maitha Al Gergawi, Project Manager at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai.

It brings us yet another step closer to fulfilling our mission to digitalize every aspect of life for Dubai’s citizens, residents, and visitors,” H.E. AlHemeiri said.

 

Launched in March 2023, the 04 Platform was designed to listen to customers’ opinions about government services (suggestions, complaints, comments, etc.). It aims to involve the Dubai Government’s customers in efforts to improve government services and develop creative ideas that will bring the emirate’s services to unprecedented levels of leadership.

Al Suwaidi emphasized that the Awards serve as a testament to the significant contributions made by the 04 Platform in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness metrics, with an unwavering focus on customer-centric approaches. This, in turn, has ignited a surge of creativity and innovation in the realm of service delivery, yielding tangible results in the continuous evolution of government services, thus consistently exceeding customer expectations.

 

The 04 Platform was selected among the entries for the Grand Stevie Awards. Nominees in the 2023 International Business Awards (IBAs) cannot apply for this category of the award directly, instead, winners are determined based on the top six projects or services that received the highest evaluation in the award across all of its its categories.

 

Launched in 2002, the Stevies are the world’s premier business awards; they aim to honor and generate public recognition for achievements and positive contributions made by organizations and working professionals around the world. Every year, the Awards enlist more than 200 judges, including some of the world’s most respected executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, and business educators.
