- Four- and five-bedroom villas sold out already in phase one
- The project comprises approximately 1,000 units in a mix of three-, four-, and five-bedroom premium villas
- Phase two and three will be launched with improved floorplans and designs
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: After few weeks from soft launching ‘The Pulse Beachfront’, master-developer Dubai South Properties announced the sell-out of four- and five-bedroom villas as part of the development’s first phase.
The launch of ‘The Pulse Beachfront’ follows the successful sell-out of ‘The Pulse Villas’ development, which was announced earlier this year, and is in line with the company’s mandate to cater to the expected surge in demand to residential offerings — villas in particular — in the area as Dubai welcomes the world to Expo 2020.
Spread across a built-up area ranging from 2,600 – 4,800 square feet of living space with private gardens ranging from 1,400 – 4,000 square feet, The Pulse Beachfront is home to approximately 1,000 residential units in a mix of three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas. All villas come with master bedrooms, maid room, closed fully equipped kitchens, private gardens, 2-3 shaded private parking, spacious living rooms, study rooms and rooftops. The project; which will feature a 200-metre-wide, artificial beach lagoon with sandy Beachfront and Olympic swimming Pool.; is located along the Expo Road and is scheduled to be completed by 2024.
To cater to the surge in demand following the selling out of the first phase, the company will launch phase two and three which will focus on premium four- and five-bedroom villas with improved layouts and additional features, such as a three-car garage and rooftop terraces for all villas. Moreover, the four-bedroom villas will include four master bedrooms and six bathrooms, while the five-bedroom villas will come with five master bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a game or study room. Construction of the project is set to commence in March 2022.
Dubai South Properties is also offering a 5% down payment only in addition to a flexible payment plan for units, occurring in two phases: 50% during construction and 50% over two years post-completion.
The Pulse Beachfront community will also feature additional amenities, such as a fitness centre, a lap pool, yoga studios, a kid’s club and water park, a children’s pool, skate parks, lazy river, jogging track, cycling track, as well as a number of F&B retail outlets and lots of greenery and dedicated open areas for beach tennis, padel tennis and a basketball court, in line with Dubai South’s mission to enhance the lifestyle of its residents across its different developments.
A spokesman from Dubai South Properties, said: “With visitors flocking into Dubai to witness Expo 2020, our project launch seeks to cater to the expected surge in demand for housing offerings in the area. Our mandate at Dubai South is to provide customers, existing and potential, with a number of properties to meet their aspirations and exceed their expectations. We are pleased with the successful near sell-out of the development, which is a testament to our successful strategies in launching projects that cater to buyer needs. We are excited to launch such a unique project that features an artificial sandy beach and is definitely expected to enrich the lifestyles of residents at the development.”
Dubai South’s Residential District is already bustling with residents who work in the area, which in itself is strategically located five minutes away from the Expo 2020 site. Over 1,400 apartments and townhouses are already handed over at The Pulse, which is characterised with lush green walkways, jogging and cycling tracks, eight gyms, eight swimming pools, and a number of parks. This makes The Pulse an ideal place for young professionals and families to live, play and connect.
Dubai South is home to a community of freehold as well as leasehold residential, commercial, office, and retail properties. It caters to different lifestyles and is designed to create a vibrant living environment, in line with Dubai South’s drive to enrich the emirate’s urban lifestyle projects to support its economic growth.
