ENOC Group Honours Employees For Exceptional Contribution, Excellence, And Dedication

 

ENOC Group, a leading integrated global energy player, honoured employees for their distinguished performance and contribution to the company’s success during the 2023 edition of the Group’s annual awards event.

 Attended by His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, along with ENOC’s senior management, this year’s edition recognised employees across four categories including Long Service awards, Elite awards, Emiratisation awards, as well as Awards and Rewards.

 A total of 164 employees were honoured for their long employment service with the Group, while the Shared Services Centre received the award for the highest Emiratisation percentage by segment in 2022. Moreover, 7 employees were recognised as part of the awards and rewards category, and 5 were honoured as part of the elite awards.

 ENOC Group’s Long Service awards are aimed to recognise employees who have completed long years of service and are given to employees who have been with the organisation for 35, 30, 25, 20 and 15 years. The Emiratisation awards has been introduced to recognise the efforts and commitments of the segment or department heads and their alignment with the national agenda.

 The awards and rewards category has been introduced by the company’s Group Communications team to acknowledge departments who have received awards on behalf of the Group from external entities, while the elite awards recognise ENOC’s top performers who have gone above and beyond and have made a substantial impact on business productivity and performance.

 As key contributors to the advancement of the energy sector, and as part of the Group’s commitment to implementing sustainable practices, digitization, and innovation across its operations. ENOC is dedicated to recognizing employees’ excellence through multiple initiatives including the sponsorship of 65 employees’ UAE golden visas.
