Dubai, UAE: ENOC Group, the Official Integrated Energy Partner of Expo 2020 Dubai, reiterates its commitment to support Emiratisation during Ru’ya - Careers UAE Redefined 2021 by offering job opportunities dedicated to UAE nationals, across upstream, downstream and corporate divisions within the Group.
The energy career opportunities were revealed during the 20th edition of the UAE's leading recruitment and training exhibition held at Dubai World Trade Centre, which is running until November 17. Candidates will be able to apply for jobs directly through ENOC’s careers page either from the stand located at Zaabeel Hall 3, or remotely.
ENOC Group is recruiting young talented Emirati nationals in the energy sector in specialisations including chemical, mechanical and electrical engineering, sales, marketing, business development and legal, to support the Group’s growth strategy, IT & Cyber Security.

Over the years, ENOC Group has launched various initiatives to support the growth and development of Emiratis. This includes the comprehensive Graduate Development Programme (GDP), with the aim of supporting young UAE nationals in their transition from university to the workplace and contributing to the Group's talent development strategy.
ENOC Group also provides a Technical Training Programme in partnership with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), as well as academic sponsorships, internships, and various other training opportunities to Emiratis.
The Group has already achieved 100 percent Emiratisation at executive management, 72 percent Emiratisation at senior management, and 45 percent at an overall level, and aims to reach an overall 50 per cent by 2023.
During the last Careers UAE fair, ENOC introduced additional job roles for new projects like Emergency Response launched in 2018, as well as to include firefighters and different roles within Beema and ENOC Link.
ENOC has a robust on-the-job-training culture that provides job shadowing, cross-functional projects, and temporary assignments. As part of skill enhancement, ENOC provides training opportunities for UAE National students from various local colleges and institutions. The Group also offers Internship Work Placement for students on 3 & 4 years of college or university studies, and summer training programs for students who graduate from high school as well as to those who are in their first 2 years of university studies.
