  • Service Shop is designed to address challenges that clinical engineering teams face in finding quality, compatible parts, and the importance of timeliness in ordering, installing, and maintaining them

GE HealthCare today announced the launch of Service Shop in Saudi Arabia, https://services.gehealthcare.sa/gehcstorefront, an e-commerce portal for procuring parts that support the uptime of its medical devices. Hospitals and healthcare facilities registered to the portal will have 24x7 access to spare parts and on-demand access to GE HealthCare repair services. The Service Shop is an innovative online platform that caters to the needs of the healthcare sector.

Service Shop enables healthcare technology management professionals to purchase spare parts for critical equipment safely and easily. Customers who are unable to repair equipment themselves can also purchase repair service solutions that are backed by warranty.

Registered customers can login to the portal and search by part number, equipment type, or keyword.  GE HealthCare equipment parts will be available across several different categories, ranging from anesthesia and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to patient monitoring and X-ray. The portal will also allow online buyers to view daily deals, check parts availability instantly, and track delivery status.
