Embracing technology to connect with its customers, Gulf Craft’s innovative app is free to download for both Android and iOS devices, unlocking the world of yachting and putting it at the fingertips of marine enthusiasts.
With the company’s global expansion gathering pace, the introduction of the app is part of Gulf Craft’s strategic digital transformation which will revolutionize the customer experience and connect its worldwide network of distribution partners with its established community of yacht owners and prospective customers across the globe. The app features a sleek and intuitive design which gives users access to the brand’s latest news and events as well as exclusive digital content from its four brands – the flagship Majesty luxury yachts, Nomad long-range yachts, Oryx sports cruisers and Silvercraft fishing and day boats.
The app also allows users to seamlessly easily connect with Gulf Craft to book appointments at any of its three wholly owned facilities in Umm Al Quwain, Ajman and the Maldives, as well as request appointments, quotations and locate local dealers. Gulf Craft’s network of global partners can also log in to a secure area within the application to access a library of useful digital resources such as prices, specs and in-detail product information, they can also use the technology to take clients on virtual tours of Gulf Craft’s yachts and boats and instantly share content with customers via what’s app.
