: ENOC Group, the Official Integrated Energy Partner of Expo 2020 Dubai, and the exclusive host of LPG Week together with its subsidiary Emirates Gas, today announced the opening of WLPGA’s flagship event that will explore the LPG business, discuss its growth potential and foster new business relationships throughout the week.
Under the theme ‘Energising Tomorrow’, LPG Week 2021/Dubai is organised under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
During the two-day member only event, a number of WLPGA meetings took place addressing key topics including business improvement, innovation and growth.

This was followed by the LPG Week roundtable featuring a distinguished panel of industry leaders from all over the world, including Nader Al Fardan, Senior Director – Gas Marketing & General Manager of Emirates Gas, Gauri Singh, Deputy Director-General of International Renewable Energy Agency, Satish Kumar Vaduguri, Director Marketing of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Dr Angela Wilkinson, Secretary General & CEO of World Energy Council, Scott Foster, Director of Sustainable Energy of UN Economic Commission for Europe, Yemi Adetunji, Group Executive Director, Downstream of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Bram Gräber, CEO of SHV Energy.
ENOC Group and Emirates Gas submitted the bid to host the event for the first time in the Middle East during the 30th World LPG Forum envisioning it to coincide with Expo 2020 Dubai, giving delegates the opportunity to visit Expo 2020 Dubai simultaneously. This was supported by several government entities and major local and regional oil and gas major companies.
