With only 100 sleeps to go, guests are invited to get into the holiday spirit and enjoy a spectacular feast, set to enchant taste buds and elevate spirits in the merriest way.

A Countdown worth celebrating in the Hills

Exactly 100 days from Christmas Day, head on over to the family-friendly venue located in the heart of Dubai Hills Golf Club, Hillhouse Brasserie, and indulge in a family-sized festive feast filled with merriment and cheer.

Serving up joy on a plate for both meat-lovers and vegetarians alike, the special menu includes a delicious mix of starters such as the Duck Liver Pâté with Toasted Sourdough, Duck Hook Scotch Egg with Homemade Piccalilli and Beetroot Cured Salmon with Avocado Mousse and Horseradish. Next, indulge in the Christmas Salad with Roast Pumpkin, Chestnuts, Cranberry & Gorgonzola and Seafood Cocktail. The mouthwatering line-up of mains include the classic Roast Turkey with Stuffing and Beyond Sausages in a Mushroom Gravy – all served with the classic trimmings including roast potatoes, honey roasted parsnips, butter carrots, braised red cabbage and brussels sprouts. Bringing the celebration to a sweet close, the indulgent dessert selection includes Christmas Pudding, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Mince Pies. Perfectly paired with classic Christmas tunes by the acclaimed singer Ciaran Fox and festive drinks befitting the joyous occasion including Mulled Wine, Festive Spiced Bellini, Festive Sangria, Gingerbread Martini, Spice Strawberry Negroni and A Spiced Gift. Guests are also encouraged to put on their Festive Best for the chance to win exciting dining vouchers, in the venue’s best dressed competition.

The newly opened neighbourhood hangout in the family-friendly community Villanova, The Bolt Hole, plays host to its first Christmas Countdown brunch, serving up even more ways for guests to join in the festivities.

On September 16th, prepare to be transported to a magical winter wonderland as you savour a festive feast, fit for the big man in red himself!
