HyperX Announces Its Partnership With SPACE Stockholm

HyperX, the gaming peripherals team at HP Inc. and brand leader in gaming and esports, today announced its official partnership with Space, the world’s largest digital culture centre. Located at the heart of Sweden’s capital, Stockholm, Space brings online communities together under one roof, offering a unique experience with over 400 gaming stations, fully set up with HyperX peripherals across two floors.

As well as Northern Europe’s largest permanent esports arena located at the bottom of the seven floor gaming and music hub, Space offers consumers the opportunity to go on a journey through the life and music career of world-famous DJ, Avicii, to bask in a Japanese and Korean brasserie, to relax in its cafes as well as learn and work in the different spaces designed for education and meetings. This unique space unites gaming, music and esports alongside content creation, to create the perfect recipe for people to engage with digital culture and who enjoy a different working and entertainment environment.

“We are delighted to have partnered with Space because of the digital culture that we share, and their goals of sustainability, inclusivity and equality which are very important in our company” said Paul Leaman, Vice-President HyperX EMEA. “Before the final decision was made, our products were given to casual and pro gamers to test, evaluate and see how they liked them, and the result was very positive, as now we’re part of this creative space and hundreds of people can enjoy HyperX products”.

“Building Space – the world´s biggest online gaming centre – we knew that we needed to equip it with top notch gaming equipment” said Peter Ahnegård, Space Portal and Gaming Manager.  “We are extremely happy that Space could partner up with HyperX and equip our gaming stations with their gaming accessories. HyperX is a very well-known gaming brand, with cutting edge technology which really enhances Space gaming offering.“

Over the years HyperX has built a reputation around the world by creating gaming peripherals that enhance the communities’ experience and provide comfort and playability, which will now be available to all gamers visiting the digital culture centre. Gamers will be able to get hands on HyperX’s gaming gear which includes their range of Alloy gaming keyboards, Pulsefire gaming mice and their iconic Cloud II headset, which has become synonymous with esports since its launch in 2015.

Furthermore, HyperX peripherals will be available for purchase at the location, like the brand’s microphones QuadCast and QuadCast S, Cloud Flight and Cloud II Wireless headsets, Pulsefire Haste mouse and many more.
