Omakase; meaning chef’s choice. Enjoy an immersive Omakase dining experience with succulent dishes, curated by the head chef with new menu items introduced every month along with the perfect pairing of premium drinks, including sake cocktails and grape pairings by Akira Back’s in-house Sommelier, Irina Baeva.

• Book a wine master class with our sommelier, Irina and get two hours of wine tasting
  Prices start at AED 2,300 for the basic package, AED 3,500 for the premium package and AED 4,000 for the gold package. Minimum of two guests for the basic package and a minimum of 4 guests for the premium and gold packages. Payment to be made in advance with bookings to be made 48 hours in advance.
