Khidmah, one of the region’s leading Facilities Management companies, has secured over 50 new contracts in 2022, reflecting an astounding growth of 430% in value.
The contracts encompass a variety of Facilities Management offerings across UAE and Saudi Arabia, including Total Facilities Management, Hard Services, Cleaning and Hospitality, as well as Lifeguard Services for clients in various industries, including residential, commercial, retail, government, education, defence, industrial, leisure and tourism.

During the last 12 months, Khidmah has been contracted to provide Total Facilities Management services to Department of Education and Knowledge schools, Mirfa Bay by Modon Properties, multiple projects under Aldar Retail such as World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi, Yas Mall, Al Jimi Mall as well as Earth UAE, a subsidiary in the Platforms & Systems cluster of EDGE Group.
Khidmah has also been appointed to provide Hard FM services to King Salman Energy Park, the new industrial eco-system developed in Saudi Arabia under Energy City Development Company (“ECDC”).
Furthermore, the company also retained its contract for Dubai Municipality, and Miral Asset Management LLC to provide Lifeguard services, and FM services, respectively.
Over the years, Khidmah had focused on driving its growth and expansion strategy forward, which saw the company significantly expand its footprint, capabilities, and service proposition. As part of this journey, in December 2022, Khidmah announced the acquisition of green building enabler Pactive Sustainable Solutions and Mace Macro Technical Services, Mace Group’s UAE headquartered Hard Facilities Management entity.
