Say “arrivederci” to the working week and kick off the weekend in style with anall-new evening packed full of Mediterranean flavours, flowing beverages and entertainment with an Italian flair. The launch of Ambiente by Vanitas at Palazzo Versace will have guests living La Dolce Vita every Thursday night from 7th October.
The evening is an ode to old school Italian glamour and draws inspiration from picturesque picnics in the rolling hills of Sicily. Guests will feel like they have been transported to an era of vintage vespas, bustling markets, cobbled streets and vibrant plazas thanks to the elaborate performances, charming ambienteand bellissimacuisine.
Starting from 7:00pm, guests are welcome to indulge in an expansive four-course set menu at AED 550 per person, including selected house beverages. Alternatively, a decadent array of options from the a la carte menu is available for a minimum spend of AED 250 per person.
Guests will eat like a true Italian all night with a selection of traditional favourites. Expect colourful salads, homemade ravioli and tagliatelle, creamy burrata, paella’s packed with fresh seafood and vegetables and wood-fired pizzas topped with the likes of buffalo mozzarella, black truffle and lobster. To end the meal on the sweetest of notes, dive into signature Palazzo Tiramisu, Mousse au Chocolat and golden churros.
Ambiente promises a lavish evening with the style and sophistication of a classic Italian film and delicious Sicilian dishes deserving of the proclamation “BuonAppetito”!
