Truffle lovers rejoice. Pierchic, the stunning restaurant set on Jumeirah Al Qasr’s private pier overlooking the crystalline waters of the Arabian Gulf, is inviting guests to indulge in a true taste of Italy by the sea with its seasonal White Truffle Menu.
Curated by one of the most celebrated chefs of the Marche region in Italy, Chef Beatrice Segoni, its decadent limited-time menu includes an assortment of indulgent dishes topped with delicate shavings of rare white truffle from Umbria. Highlights include Tartare Di Manzo (Beef Tartare), thinly sliced Carpaccio De Manzo (Beef Carpaccio), the perfectly balanced Gnudi (Cheese Gnocchi), a creamy Risotto with Parmesan Cheese and an indulgent Tagliatala De Manzo (Rib Eye).
The restaurant is welcoming guests to enjoy its White Truffle Menu until Friday 31st December for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday from 1PM – 3PM and for dinner from Sunday to Saturday from 6:30PM – 10.30PM.
