Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City, and Park Inn Hotel, Motor City, has announced the appointment of Merima Allen as Cluster Head of PR and Marketing, as the company continues to push forward with its bold strategy for growth and transformation. A graduate from the University of Belgrade with over 15 years of experience in strategic marketing, branding, and product development, Merima has worked as Head of Marketing for Marriott International hotels in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates and privately owned signature hotels in Europe. Formerly the Cluster Director of Marketing at Aloft Abu Dhabi and Aloft Al Ain and a Director of Marketing and Communications for Minor Hotels in the Middle East, she brings a proven passion and energy for all areas of hospitality.
As Cluster Head of PR and Marketing at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City, and Park Inn By Radisson, Dubai Motor City, Merima will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all marketing, advertising, brand & promotional activities, including the development and implementation of annual marketing & PR plans. At the heart of all marketing activities, Merima will drive Radisson as a leading brand in the region by working closely with media and advertising agencies, developing high-return direct marketing, and spearheading an attentive and innovative social media strategy.
