Forks, seafood crackers and hammers at the ready - International Lobster Day is coming! Rockfish, the Mediterranean beachfront restaurant at Jumeirah Al Naseem, is inviting guests to celebrate the coveted crustacean with a clawsome selection of limited-edition lobster dishes from Thursday 23rd September to Saturday 25th September.
Set against mesmerising views of the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, seafood aficionados can indulge in the sweetest most succulent lobster via a four-course menu carefully crafted by Chef Marco Garfagnini, or go à la carte. Highlight dishes include the Spicy Lobster Tartare served with Saffron Arancini, Lobster Salad with a Lobster Bisque & Yuzu dressing, Lobster Ravioli Aperto in a Ginger Butter sauce and topped with Salmon eggs, and a decadent Thermidor style Lobster. For the sweetest end, diners can delight in the Citrus Vacherin with five Citrus Fruit Sorbet, Meringue and Vanilla Chantilly.
The restaurant is welcoming guests from Thursday 23rd September to Saturday 25th September for lunch and dinner. The four-course menu is priced at AED 450 per person and individual dishes start at AED 120.
