Hailing from a rural Italian village, Pescatori developed a profound passion for hospitality at a young age. His journey led him to London at 18, where he honed his craft at the Soho House Group before earning acclaim at Nightjar, a perennial entrant in The World’s 50 Best Bars list, where he served as Bar Manager for five years.
A meticulous master of details, Tony’s expertise spans over 35 countries, where he has led takeovers, seminars and talks. His legacy includes Electric Bitter & Electric Liqueur, part of his expanding line of alcohol brands.
