The 2019 Japanese animated fantasy action-adventure film directed by Takashi Otsuka and produced by Toei Animation follows Pirates from around the world who gather at the Pirates Expo to join the hunt for Gol D. Roger’s lost treasure. It is the fourteenth feature film of the One-Piece film series, based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda, and commemorates the anime’s 20th anniversary.
One Dragon Ball Super Brolly, now streaming on STARZPLAY
Set after the events of the "Universe Survival" saga, the Japanese anime martial arts fantasy adventure follows Goku and Vegeta as they encounter a powerful Saiyan named Broly. The film also chronicles the history of the Saiyans and the background story of these three Saiyans with different destinies connected to the turbulent period of their race, and later culminating in a massive battle between them. The Man Who Fell to Earth, streaming on April 25
The Man Who Fell to Earth is a 1976 British science fiction film directed by Nicolas Roeg and written by Paul Mayersberg. Based on Walter Tevis’s 1963 novel of the same name, the film follows an extraterrestrial who crash lands on Earth seeking a way to ship water to his planet, which is suffering from a severe drought, but finds himself at the mercy of human vices and corruption.
