The National Center for Performance Management (ADAA), in cooperation with Institute of Public Administration’s (IPA) Ethrai Platform, has launched several e-training programs that target public apparatuses.
These programs are part of continuing the support to empower government agencies and spread the culture of measuring and administrating performance in public apparatuses, where the center offers its first program under the title “strategy administration” and a second one titled “basics in performance indicators”.
The strategy administration program aims at acquainting trainees with knowledge and skills necessary to carry out strategy administration, familiarizing them with basic governance activities, understanding the scope of its activities, learning the various roles and responsibilities, and developing the strategic map and the balanced performance indicator card.
ADAA implements these programs to spread knowledge in administrating and measuring performance, enrich expertise in targeted training fields, increasing the efficiency of human capital through enabling trainees to develop their skills and increase their knowledge through an interactive e-environment easily.
Program aspects includes structuring message, vision and values; explaining tools of strategic analysis; identifying the change agenda; and extracting the strategic aspects and goals necessary to realize the vision and message of the organization.
The “change administration” program is the first e-training program to be launched by ADAA through Ethrai platform, where a total of 177,000 trainees have registered in the program between its inception and the end of 2021, where 115,000 trainees have passed the program.
