Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, today announced that it has signed a strategic talent development partnership with The University of Manchester Middle East Centre to empower the bank's employees to continue elevating their skill sets and meet the sector's demands in the future.
Through this agreement, Emirates Islamic employees will benefit from extensive learning and development benefits including discounted access to the University's global Part-time MBA programme and other part-time Master’s programmes, as well as executive leadership courses and masterclasses from globally renowned professors.
The University’s Global part-time MBA offers a practice-based approach focussing on real-world business problems, enabling students to rapidly use newly acquired abilities in the field. Employees will study alongside a diverse international cohort, gaining a unique window into key global business developments.
Additionally, the University will provide Emirates Islamic comprehensive access to a global talent pool of more than 60,000 ambitious alumni of the University’s Alliance Manchester Business School, comprising executives from 169 countries, and assist in identifying suitable candidates of high calibre to meet the bank's human resource requirements.
