Swissôtel Al Ghurair pledges to change the world one workout at a time. Celebrating integral concepts that define Swissôtel – Sustainability and Vitality, this Dubai Fitness Challenge, guests are invited to embrace their fitness drive to help conserve the environment.
Partnering with the leading green fitness brand, SportsArt and the first shopping mall in Dubai, Al Ghurair Centre, Swissôtel Al Ghurair presents a platform in the central atrium with elliptical machines, a treadmill and a bike where anyone can work out and track their efforts through the amount of energy generated. Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30 offers city-wideinitiative encouraging everyone to complete 30 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days.
To make the challenge more interesting, guests will be rewarded with attractive prizes, including AED 500 worth of shopping vouchers and a day-pass of the Swissotel Al Ghurair’s pool and gym for beating the day’s target. At the end of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, guests will also be recognized for the “watt” generated on their multiple efforts and will win an annual gym membership, a family staycation in a suite and relaxing couple’s massage as first, second and third prizes. Through this initiative, the hotel aims to generate 30,000 watts during the month of Dubai Fitness Challenge, that is enough to power a fully-functioning house for a day.

Exclusive Swissotel Spa and Gym offers
Celebrating the vitality initiatives of Dubai Fitness Challenge, Swissotel Al Ghurair offers special prices for its gym and spa offers. Guests can avail of a 3-months gym membership with access to the steam and sauna facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool at AED 599 per person.
Guests can also avail of a 60-minute Wellbeing Muscle Recovery Massage at the Swissotel Spa. This body treatment uses premium all-natural products of Anne Semonin to release tension from the muscle, relax the body and nourish the skin. Ideal for de-stressing the muscles and bring in balance to the body and mind, this premium body treatment is available at AED 180per person at Swissotel Spa.

Vitality Day Retreat
Vitality is at the heart of the Swissôtel brand. Guests are invited to re-discover a complete balance of their body, mind and spirit through a series of special events, including a guided holistic meditation by Elisabeth Bohler. Guests can begin their wellness journey at 7 a.m. with a Sunrise Yoga at the outdoor terrace as they breathe in the fresh morning air. After a rejuvenating yoga class, the guests will be treated to a healthy garden breakfast that is thoughtfully presented in picnic baskets, including acai bowls, home-made granola bars, Vitality Quinoa Salad, fresh seasonal fruits and morning bakeries. While they enjoy their breakfast, the guests can also avail themselves of an express hand and foot massage by the expert therapists of Swissotel Spa. The day follows with a guided breathing session and ice-bath that helps in relaxing the body, soothe the muscles, and leave it energised. To culminate the experience, the guests can then indulge in a delicious 3-course Vitality Lunch buffet at the Liwan restaurant. Every attending guest can avail of a 50% discount on spa treatments until 30th December 2021.

Family Daycation, including “Vitality Lunch”
Spend a day with the family at the beautiful outdoor pool of Swissôtel Al Ghurair and follow it up with a healthy “Vitality Lunch” at Liwan restaurant. Offering a range of nutritional options like Quinoa and Kale Salad, Garden Vegetable Minestrone Soup, Focaccia Bread with Smoked Salmon and Signature Swiss Chocolate Cake, the expert chefs crafted together flavours with a balanced diet.
Guests can also couple up the lunch experience with a selection of healthy beverages, juices and smoothies.
While parents indulge in a healthy meal, the little ones can enjoy their main course from AED 35, complemented by a juice or a chocolate brownie.
The Vitality Lunch is priced at AED 55 per person for a two-course meal and AED 65 per adult for a three-course meal, available from Saturday to Thursday from noon to 3 p.m. Guests availing of the Vitality Lunch can access the swimming pool from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
